The role of the Nerang Chamber of Commerce Inc....
The primary role of a Chamber of Commerce in broad terms is to protect, support and improve the interests and wellbeing of business within the community it represents.
This function has four basic aspects that involve:
- establishing lines of dialogue with the three levels of government
- keeping abreast of and informing members of those events affecting business
- networking through functions and other forms of communication
- establishing a responsible position within the community
